About NEAS and NEAS certification:

NEAS stands for The National English Language Teaching Accreditation Scheme. Incorporated in May 1990 as a company with limited liability, NEAS has been providing ELT accreditation services since 1990 to ELT centres offering courses to international students within both public and private universities, vocational education and training colleges, secondary schools and private stand alone ELT centres. In consultation with the ELT industry, NEAS has established a set of quality standards and criteria for the provision of English language programs. The standards address the following aspects of the ELT centre’s operations:
