Overview: The Academic Coordinator (AC) reports to the Director of Studies (DoS)/Assistant Director of Studies (ADoS,) and monitors, supervises, and supports the academic teaching team to deliver ACET programs. The AC is responsible for monitoring the delivery of high quality Academic English, IELTS preparatory, and Young Teens (6-9th grade) programs. This involves the day to day management of the ACET programs, and providing ongoing teacher support, as well as student administration and support. This position may have involvement in all ACET programs mentioned, but does have a significant priority (70/30) towards coordinating the Academic English and IELTS Preparatory programs. This coordination includes development, promotion and maintenance of the AE/IELTS programs in line with the strategic goals of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Teacher management and support Products management Administration Teaching and covering classes   Responsibility details: Teacher management (15%) Run induction sessions for all new teachers Assist the DoS with communication between ACET and the teaching team Conduct teacher observations – observe and give feedback to teachers, conduct appraisals, and offer support and advice. Other duties Admin tasks and internal duties Other tasks required by Marketing Manager.   Requirements: University graduate, in Marketing or other Economics majors 2 years’ experience in marketing field, including, online, offline and content marketing, writing and editing articles and PR news Knowledge of the education industry Experience with event organization Proficiency in computer skills: Word, Excel, PPT English level required equivalent of 6.0 of IELTS   Competencies: Strong negotiation and communication skills Strong presentation skills Creative and strong planning skills Self-motivated, results-oriented Can-do attitude, willing to handle multiple tasks, be able to perform under pressure Be able to work independently but also a good team player Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Vietnamese   Benefits: Salary 7.5 days recreational Leave 5 days sick leave at 100% salary with the appropriate medical certificates which are acceptable by the local Social Insurance Office.
