POSITION: Admin Intern
REPORTS TO: HR & Admin Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Handle the reception, such as meeting and greeting clients and guests, arranging couriers;
answering and forwarding phone calls
– Make copies, send faxes, scan, print, work with notarization
– Support translation as required; support the work with suppliers and purchasing work
– Support events organization
– Arrange all kinds of transportation/ trip for guests and staff (taxi, rented car, flights,…)
– Support other departments with administration tasks when being required

REQUIREMENTS
– Fresh graduate, or 3rd , 4th year student – major in Business Administration, Economics,
Hospitality, English, etc… are preferred
– Have passion in Admin & HR
– Have skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Application)
– Proficient at English skills
– Have good communication and time management skills
– Friendly, active, patient and detail-oriented
